Job Description

We are hiring a competent Customer Service Operations Specialist to provide exceptional service to our internal team, vendors, and customers.   Most importantly, they support servicing of our core customers by sourcing, purchasing, quoting, sampling, logistics coordination, and overall account management.

The ideal applicant must have at least 10 years’ experience in customer service and other operational disciplines, be experienced with ERP system interaction, Excel, Word, and other administrative functions. The applicant should be detailed oriented, outgoing, able to multi-task, and work well with others. They should enjoy working with customers, having a customer-oriented and patient outlook when dealing with all customers.

The goal in this role is to create value through exceptional customer service that will further enhance our company’s reputation while reinforcing the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or other customer support role
  • At least 10 years’ experience specifically in the Rigid Packaging Industry
  • Experienced with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and general administrative functions
  • Good understanding of customer needs, being able to anticipate requests
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in the customer experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
