Dempsey International Packaging and Mala Closures, Inc. Join Forces

Dempsey International Packaging is pleased to announce a Joint Venture with Mala Closure Systems, Inc. to service and support growth of the Mala and Dempsey brands in North America.

Mala is a world leader manufacturer of ROPP closure systems that service primarily the liquor and wine markets.  The newly formed Joint Venture with Dempsey International gives the ability to service existing customers on a national platform and quickly facilitate growth. 

Mala currently manufactures in Germany and Petaluma, CA, and through the Joint Venture will be expanding its “made in the USA” product offering.  Both teams will work comprehensively to make sure that Mala remains the premium brand in both quality and service.
